I wasn't able to use the no deposit bonus even though I was a new player

If I could give less than one star I would. I made a deposit of $95 and used a coupon. I followed the publicly posted, clearly stated terms and conditions and won $6000. The terms limited my max cash out to 10x the deposit. I requested my withdrawal and then when it came time for the casino to honor their function of payment they realized that the publicly posted terms were incorrect according to their casinos policy. The casino policy is that no bet may exceed $20 perhand. But the publicly posted terms were as follows : -Min deposit: $10 -300% bonus (150%cc) + 50 fs -35x deposit wagering +bonus -playable on NP slots -max withdrawal 10x deposit -MAX BET PER HAND: NO when I politely brought this to the attention of the casino support team they confirmed it was a mistake but not in the honorable manner. They attempted to say it was a mistake that they had misquoted the publicly posted terms when I asked for clarification. I WAS RETROACTIVELY PENALIZED FOR THEIR MISTAKE AND MY WINNINGS WERE FORFEITED! to make amends they saw fit to return my deposit. DO NOT USE THIS CASINO!!!

At first I did like this casino alot but now I don't like it at all. I've been playing here for almost a year now and I have won a few times but best believe I've spent way more than I've won. That's not the point of this review. This casino has the worst loyalty perks, the most horrible bonuses and they are always the same! Nothing changes! I play at alot of casinos and they all let you get some kind of spin bonus or free chip bonus to play after you deposit and don't have any luck. I make tons of deposit WITHOUT USING ANY BONUS codes because the ones they offer are awful! I deposit multiple times a day some days but I do play almost every single day and all they give you is 20 free spins once a day no matter how many deposits you make and it's been on the same game ever since I joined! Never changes! The game is a horrible game that you can't win anything on. Then they offer 2 bonus codes a month on these sites and you're only allowed to use them 1 time a month even if you make 1,000 deposits! Every other casino I play at have great loyalty programs! They offer free spins, daily cash back, weekly cash back and monthly cash back! I've spent so much money at this casino and honestly it's been a waste. I don't feel like a valued customer AT ALL! And don't even worry about going to customer service with your requests they won't offer you anything at all. They just say I'm sorry there is nothing I can do. I probably won't be playing here ANYMORE! I will be going back to where I am valued and rewarded for being a loyal customer over at KUDOS CASINO! if yall haven't played there it is the BEST!

So I go to withdraw and was sent to customer service. Ok I have to send my identification verification in but when I go to click the link it keeps taking me back to customer service. Ok I deleted cache and all that. Signed back in back to withdraw. This time a agent is telling me I have a playthrough balance when I don't. It's in my face. All I have is my REAL balance, no bonus or playthrough balance. This agent is adamant on I got a playthrough balance of $28.80 when I know for a damn fact I don't. Good thing I screenshot everything. I even sent the screenshot in the chat box. It's in their face. They keep insisting I have a playthrough balance! Are they blind? It's right there any other balances are zeroed out and I have My real balance! Im not about to argue with what I know and see in front of my eyes! I'm not giving them no $28.80 when I don't have to! This is ridiculous!

I'm litterally sick to my stomach. This casino is taking forever to verify my account because my I won 83$ from the 25 free spin email I received. I tried to withdraw my winnings and basically got the run around. Was told I needed to email copies of my ID and a selfie with me holding my ID. The next day I decided to deposit money to speed the process up since I figured it was taking so long because I won with free spin bonus email. Anyways I did good from my deposit I am at 1200$ and I go to cash out. STILL not verified..... I message customer service and they tell me that I have to actually use the link they provided to upload my documents. Why they didn't tell me this last night??!!! I don't know..... Anyways I check my email to see if they have actually verified me and see an email that says my deposit is on hold until the 85$ I won last night is not there anymore..... Are they going to take my 1200$ because I won it with my 85$ from last night?!!! There was ZERO playthrough left I did all of that last night after I finished my free spins. Everything was OK with bettywins casino, staff was pleasant, always answered any questions I had in a timely manner. Until the day I finally requested a withdraw. Wow did they do a complete 180°!! First they straight up lied and told me there was a problem with the system when I was playing so my withdraw was canceled and my winnings have been removed. We're talking about $1500.00. I've been messaging them now for over a week and they just won't respond! Place is a total scam! Stay away
