After registering, you will get stuck at the confirm phone. That button in your bonus profile won't go away after confirming your phone. It will still be there when you come back to activate your bonus and when you click it, it will take you back to your profile and the only thing to do there is save changes but it will tell you to contact support to change data. If you go back to the bonus section of your profile, nothing changed, the button still says Confirm Phone. So you go to live chat, explain your issue and the personnel will tell you that there's nothing wrong. You have to upload your KYC first before you get your FS. Therefore I did could not complete registration or get the free spins because I upload KYC when I have winnings to withdraw, not to get free spins.
