Absolute terrible company won on 25th dec held withdrawal for 3 months told me to withdraw again on 25th March. Got an email on 10th June sorry but we had a problem in the banking process please give card details. This was last week asked last night what was going on chat bot again said you need to wait really rude. When I tried to show all correspondence they ended chat and deleted chat. I really don’t think anyone will be paid out. I opens a case with resolver they don’t even reply to them. I’ve sent numourous emails that bounce back. I even tried to use the phone number that’s not even a valid number. So now I have no way of contacting this company. £2.5k ..Can you help me please. Fully verified account but mr sloty won’t pay me out. They have held my withdrawal for 27 business days now and won’t give me an update. Absolutely awful customer service. Won’t respond to emails and phone number is fake. Live chat say wait and be patient and we can’t help we are just support and shut down the conversation Don’t use this site Don’t promote this sitethat pay out no problem if it’s under £500 I’ve won 3 times with them. And next day money in. But withheld this 4th withdrawal of £2500.don’t hold your breath they’ve owed me £2500 since 25th dec. and judging by the looks of it there’s a lot of people in the same boat I’ve looked on trust pilot. Also because my case has gone on for 96 days I’ve contacted the gamble licensing people that control there licence. They have stated currently they can’t do anything.
