Slot Bunny Casino Review

I am a mid-tier VIP with almost $250K wagered; I hate to say that I can no longer play with confidence when it comes to pay-outs. I made 6 depositions last week (total $600) and now have a withdrawal of $800 that has been pending for 2 days. When I ask, I'm getting the cookie cutter - "compliance review" BS. My VIP Manager Ellie has ghosted me. SlotBunny was one of only 2 casinos I've been playing at. But I have better things to do than beg for my money. I guess they would rather read my rants on casino review sites then process my withdrawal. Good luck to all.

Worst casino experience yet..on my 8th deposit I won $2000..after 2 months of trying to get paid..no response at all to numerous emails..I was told they would not pay because I had multiple accounts..which was a blatant lie..and refused to talk to me and cheated me out of my win..I play fair..they dont

I wish I could say good things about these guys but when your being avoided to be paid $3,975 dollars, it makes it super duper hard. I won that money fair and square with no bonus attached. I passed the KYC and all im getting is excuses not to pay me. Now, they disabled chat support and hasn't responded to any of my emails. DISAPPOINTED is a understatement 😫 Im let down because I had high hopes for these guys.

I had a positive experience with them. I won 50 on the new player bonus, and withdrew it. Yes, u have to deposit 12 to withdraw, but MOST online casinos require a deposit before you can withdraw anything. It will show as pending in your transactions until you meet the identity/deposit requirements, but you need to hit up the customer service to bring it to their attention when you have completed them. As soon as I contacted them, the money was transferred to me in less than 5 minutes.

trying to register and a msg keeps popping up 'detected unusual activity, try again later' . I am only trying to register. frustrating

If you’re German or any country except United States, Canada, New Zealand, Norway, Finland, and Sweden DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS BONUS OR THIS CASINO IN GENERAL. You may think now: “surely they will just block Germany or any other not allowed country’s IPs from signing up” Oh boy how wrong you are. Let me tell you the tale of the most retarded casino I ever played at in my life: Not only do they let people sign up from a German IP address, they also took the conscious decision to add and make Germany a valid and selectable country in the registration form. They also took the conscious decision to add and make the German phone number prefix +49 a valid and selectable entry in the registration form. You may think now: “Oof, sounds like a waste of time but filling out the registration form once and not getting the promised bonus isn’t THAT bad, right?” You would be right, but they didn’t stop there They also made the bonus claimable, fully playable including the wagering process for users registered with Germany as country of residence, a German mobile phone number while also being connected from a German IP address. Completing the wagering requirements took quite a few hours and a bunch of good luck. You may think: “Oh so everythings turned out cool n dandy in the end, right?” Oh no, it didn’t. They were only preparing to unleash their Final Form onto me For the final blow to my sanity, after I requested the withdrawal they made me send in kyc documents, then took a look at them, told me the file size is too big and I need to resize my Images and reupload them and then rerequest the withdrawal only for THEN to tell me Germany isn’t even allowed on the casino at all and proceed to remove my entire winnings from my account. Right, rant over. Be careful guys, don’t waste your time with this casino

I used the $120 free welcome bonus and met the $3,600 playthrough. My winnings were lowered to the $50 max cash-out as stated. When I requested withdrawal, I was told to deposit $12. When I asked about the rejection, support first said it was because I didn’t make the deposit within three days, but I reminded them I had only signed up the day before. They admitted their mistake and then changed the reason to say I played invalid games... but I only played those after meeting the playthrough, so my withdrawal should not have been denied. They rejected the $50 cashout can't imagine them paying off I won a larger amount. I DO NOT RECOMMEND
