My recommendation is to proceed with caution. Yabby's customer service assumes the customer is always wrong. Also, they have defaulted to a part of their Terms & Conditions that states the casino is not liable to any issues. Keep that in mind, if you have any problems at all (even if it is their fault) they will use that to remove all liability from themselves. During a recent play with a cashback bonus, I was never informed that I had reached the bonus requirements. This has typically occurred via a notification popup on screen that requires user confirmation to bypass. Due to a technical error on Yabby's end, there was a glitch with the notification never having it appear on screen because the glitch specifically impacted the confirmation step. Initially, Yabby concluded the investigation and stated no problems were found. That happened pretty quickly. After I pushed regarding this notification they finally admitted that their software provider told them there was.a glitch with this. This glitch resulted in thousands of dollars in loses that I would have otherwise withdrawn. This technical issue on Yabby's side created an unfair playing experience tilting the scales in their direction even more. Not only has Yabby continued to state they are not responsible to compensate for these loses, but now they are refusing to admit that a technical error occurred even though I have email correspondence from them stating this. It is all very suspicious that after a long stretch of loses this occurred during a particularly large bonus potential. If I had been informed appropriately when bonus requirements were met, I would ahve withdrawn a total close to my original deposit. Yabby has great games and promotions, but at the end of the day do you really want to play on a site where you can't trust if the functionality of the site is working? When something goes wrong, do you want to have to then fight with their customer service and management team for weeks where you are constantly misled, information is misrepresented, and you are gaslit in an attempt to make you think everything is your fault? If not, then I would sugguest taking your business elsewhere.I debated whether to respond, but I’ve chosen to continue highlighting the lies and disrespect shown by you and your representatives. While I doubt it will result in the rightful restoration of my winnings, I hope sharing my experience warns others before becoming loyal customers of your casino. Your response misrepresents the facts in an effort to portray the casino as fair and customer-friendly, even in the face of complaints. I’m here to make sure that attempt is not successful. Let’s be clear: there was no agreement. You offered a $1,500 chip as a “gesture of goodwill”—your words. The second chip you referenced has nothing to do with this situation and was part of a prior agreement with your VIP team, made months earlier. Linking them now is a clear distortion. My complaint remains that a message regarding playthrough requirements was either not displayed at all or was so brief it was undetectable. Compounding this, your mobile site lacks the basic functionality to track playthrough progress during gameplay—something you yourself acknowledged was a requirement. Your own team confirmed there was a technical issue involved, yet now you and others are backpedaling, claiming it’s unclear if such an error even occurred. You then refused to share the content of the email from your software provider that supposedly discussed this issue. That’s not transparency—it’s gaslighting. You also falsely claim I received multiple benefits related to this matter. In truth, the only chip provided in connection with this incident was the $1,500 goodwill gesture. The other chip was unrelated and prearranged. No additional exceptions were made to allow me to withdraw funds, despite your claims to the contrary. Stating otherwise is a lie. This matter was never resolved. There was no agreement, and your gesture did not constitute one. It was a one-sided attempt to appease a dissatisfied customer without addressing the core issue: a technical error combined with a lack of transparency and functionality on your platform. Calling this respectful treatment of a loyal player is an insult, especially when you dismiss the shortcomings of your system—shortcomings you previously acknowledged. To now deny the existence of the technical issue, after your team already confirmed it, is dishonest. To misrepresent the capabilities of your site, especially when your own statements prove otherwise, is deceptive. These failures created an unfair playing environment through no fault of my own. I trusted your platform to operate fairly, as it had in the past, and it did not. Worse, you’ve refused to take responsibility. Your continued insistence that this was a mutually agreed resolution—when you yourself called it a gesture—is not just false, it’s manipulative. Nothing beyond that one chip was given. You know this. Your emails show you understand the specifics of this situation but are now twisting them to serve your narrative. As for your casino's reputation, you claim it shines across forums. That’s simply not true. Anyone reading this should check Yabby’s reviews and ratings on independent platforms. Your attempts to paint my complaint as unreasonable ignore the facts and rely on misdirection. Lastly, threatening to revoke my “loyal player” status—a status earned solely through heavy financial losses—is a petty move aimed at silencing me. I realize you won’t change your decision, because doing so would undermine the carefully crafted image you’re trying to project. This reply isn’t for you—it's for others considering your site. If this is how you treat a long-time player who's lost tens of thousands, others should take their money elsewhere.Hi Garrett, Hope you are well and safe, Thank you for reaching out to us again! With due respect, we have already explained everything regarding your concerns. We also agreed to credit your account with $1,000 chip, and you accepted the free chip. When I mentioned the second free chip, that was also processed as an exception in recognition of your loyalty. Your statement that, due to a missing message, you lost part of your winnings is simply not true, and I have already explained this to you in detail. You successfully withdrew $1,200 from the cashback (the play on which you based your complaint), $5,000 from the exceptional chip, and also received another free chip. On top of that, you were granted further exceptions, which allowed you to withdraw even more money, despite your repeated complaints about a matter we had already resolved through a mutual agreement. All these exceptions were provided out of respect for you as a loyal player, and all high value chips naturally came with exceptional rules (better). As a loyal player (as in any legitimate land based or online casino), you enjoyed benefits and privileges that not everyone receives. You earned those benefits through loyalty, and we treated you with the utmost respect. When you make a deal with someone, you honor it. We did even more than you might think. Please don’t take this the wrong way, but we are not here to play childish games or act like a couple in a divorce process. We made a deal, and we respected it from our side. In fact, we went beyond that agreement. Yet here you are again, demanding something we have already discussed and proven that no rules were broken by the Casino. Making long statements and inviting others to draw their own conclusions from your story is unfair. We are an honest Casino, and our reputation across many forums proves that. You play, you win fairly, and we pay you. You can also see from those forums that we are not greedy, we always review every complaint carefully and provide clear answers when the other side is willing to cooperate. Many times, we have made exceptions (even returning winnings earned in violation of bonus or Casino rules) and still allowed withdrawals. Of course, there are differences between violations, but the most important fact is that we care about our players and we are always here to listen, whether you contact us via forums or directly by email. Also, let’s be honest, how would it look if we were now to ask you to return the exceptional chips and winnings you already received, in exchange for the winnings you lost during cashback play? Clearly, you have gained more through the exceptional chips than you ever lost during that session. Such an action would be dishonest and childish. For us, this case was resolved when we made the agreement, and you accepted the special exceptional chip. We will not revisit the same matter again. Continuing to do so does not contribute positively to your relationship with the Casino and maybe will, unfortunately, resulted in the loss of your loyal player status. We remain open to discussing anything else, but not this matter again. You are, of course, free to take any action you believe is right. However, if you look back honestly, you will see that you have received the best possible treatment from us. We always keep our word, and we will continue to do so. But if you continue submitting complaints about this same matter, please be advised that we will no longer respond. Thank you for your understanding, and we wish you all the best in your future endeavors! Kind Regards George Moore Yabby Casino ManagementNice page fun gave me a chance to win but oops I played it all back? next time I am walking away with a win lolLove it great slots. Thank u so much love it n funI enjoyed the variety of games they had to play and it was really fun.I would highly advise not to play at Yabby as there is very strong evidence that this casino has manipulated the outcomes of their games to purposely reduce the RTP. This is something usually done done via various config files and APIs for the RTG gaming platform. To this end when asked Yabby could not produce the independent fairness testing results that they advertise as other LICENSED casinos can by brand; something usually provided either in PDF format or via hyperlink. We also performed extensive testing and analysis, collecting the play data over a period of around 8+ months. This coupled with the evidence of the RTP of around 81% to 84% for non progressive slots for the life of the account as reported to us directly from the Yabby casino manager himself via email is 11 to 13 points BELOW industry standard for licensed casinos as well as what Real Time Gaming/Spinlogic says their games should return when un-tampered with (note: progressive slots are paid by the provider so this is not included in this number). This indicates that the end users cannot win in a provably independently tested environment for fairness at Yabby casino.the 2 samples were 51days & 18+monthsHello jwoods03, We trust that you are well. We do appreciate you sharing your concerns about Yabby Casino. As you have confirmed yourself, The Management has provided you with the stats for your account that may seem as unfit for the end user. However, the sample in this case is simply too small to be regarded as determining for the entire brand. As you are most likely aware, one account can have a single deposit of $10.00 and strike luck with a jackpot of $10k. This would make the RTP for this account 1,000 000%, which is not industry standard as well, don't you agree? RTG is a well known, household name in the Gaming industry and the games provided by them are regularly tested and proven to be fair and legitimate. Should you need any additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact our Management. Kind Regards, Lucas Yabby Casino ManagementIt’s been one of my top sights to pay at but today 2-27-2024 at about 5:00 pm eastern I was in first place in the tournament and my points even my name disappeared I’ve invested a lot in this tournament even winning first I’ll be just winning my money back I really hope they get this stright it ends tomorrow and I was 4,000 points ahead on the person behind me and they are now in 1stI won $50 on my no deposit bonus I did the playthrough and passed all the verification and when I went to withdrawal they told me I had to deposit bu I don't understand why its a no deposit bonus code why do i still have to make a depositHello, We trust that you are well. Please note that upon first withdrawal, if a user has no prior deposits, a Verification deposit is required. The deposit doesn't have to be wagered and it can be withdrawn INSTANTLY along with any bonus winnings! The Verification deposit is only used to establish the withdrawal method for the user. This is a standard industry requirement and we hope that it doesn't come as an inconvenience. Thank you for your understanding. Kind Regards, Lucas Yabby Casino ManagementI've never had any problems with you yabby casino as far as following the rules and sticking to the rules they're pretty clearly stated. I've never had a problem in someone withdrawing from this casino until yesterday. Usually my withdrawals come through in about 10 minutes it's been about 24 hours it's still intending I've never had this happen I also never would ruined litecoin before. I've contacted support and they say they're doing routine it maintenance and it is there a processor who is doing it. I just really hope you Abby's not going the route of the blacklisted casino for not paying their players that would be super unfortunate because it is one of my favorite places to play.I was playing at Gabby casino and I was getting $2.64 on mighty drums and then one push I lost almost $600 like I just took it away so for $2.64 I lost almost $600 in one spin. Theirs no way they can screw people like that and get away with it right? what is up with that they are a scam the worst casino ever they better give me back my money like I said I emailed them and I'll update this if they give it back to me but if they don't if I were you I wouldn't play at that casinoBEWARE! POSSIBLE SCAM! I enjoy playing the games provided by this online casino. The verification process to withdraw is taking forever even though they claim to be a instant redemption casino. I understand verification is important, however there are other casinos that can verify instantly using a software. Currently at the fifth business day of waiting. I will update my review once I have been verified as well as when or if I even receive the payout.hi sorry to bother but did they fix your problem?
