Starting off in 2017 with a small team of developers, Northern Lights Gaming took a special interest in the UK gambling market. Their games started appearing in several casinos by 2018 because of their newly acquired UKGC license and they even entered into a partnership with SG Digital soon afterwards.
Due to their talent, they were also the first independent studio to join the YGS Masters program back in 2020. This gave them access to the Boost collection of in-game promotional tools and led to them creating Prizes Pets Gigablox in collaboration with Yggdrasil Gaming in 2022. They have also released a few slot games in partnership with Microgaming.
These partnerships gave them access to many new online casinos like William Hill and ITS.
Their slot titles use HTML5 and TypeScript to ensure compatibility with mobile and tablet devices, without compromising the quality. They also employ Spine and Adobe After Effects for their 2D sprites and animations which results in smooth visuals.
Their games are also packed with features and bonus content. You can expect to find wild multipliers, upgrade frames, expanding wilds, stacked wilds, mystery symbols, symbol split, and free spins in their games. Special features like UPSIZER™ and UltraWays™ are also available in a few of their slot titles.
The Unusual Suspects online slot is one of their more intriguing titles, with sticky wild frames and three different wild symbols. The game also features a 12,000x max win to work towards and up to 20 free spins to help you on your quest to put the criminals behind bars.
For the animal lovers among us, the Monkey Bonanza slot game can be quite a lot of fun as well. It comes with a piggy bank to collect all your coin symbols and a link & win system called the Banana Bonanza feature.
Northern Lights Gaming is partnered with 27 distributors including some of the biggest names in the iGaming industry. Add to this their UKGC license and the recently acquired Alderney Gaming Association license and you can expect to find their games in a wide range of online casinos.
