Big Time Gaming, founded in 2011 and headquartered in Sydney, Australia, has already left an indelible mark on the online casino industry. The innovator, acquired by Evolution in 2021, boasts a game portfolio of diverse casino slot titles available across a number of fast payout casino sites in the UK.
The management team possesses a cumulative experience of more than 30 years, focusing exclusively on the online gaming sector. The slot developer competes alongside industry leaders such as the German casino gaming solutions provider Bally Wulff and IGT.
At the core of their innovation is the Megaways™ mechanic, which revolutionised slot gaming. This mechanic, featuring dynamic reels and massive ways to win, has been adopted by various developers, solidifying Big Time Gaming's influence on the industry.
Among their renowned titles are Golden Catch and Lucky Streak. The nostalgic, symbol-driven games bowled us over with their respective Buy Bonus and Cash Stoppa features. The latter also has a sequel, and the upgraded version is HTML5-based.
The portfolio of more than 60 titles is notable for its diversity. In all of these games, we found some common characteristics, such as vibrant graphics, engaging animations, and an array of bonus elements, including:
- Wild symbol substitutions;
- Scatters;
- Free Spins;
- Multipliers.
We also demo-played its mystery-themed slots - the 5-reel 20-payline Temple Quest Spinfinity and Star Quest. In Temple Quest, we got lost for some time in an Aztec-themed rainforest, and in Star Quest, we were soon on a space mission with the Cosmic Heroine.
The company's commitment to fairness and compliance is reflected in its licensing. Big Time Gaming holds licences from reputable regulatory bodies, including the UK Gambling Commission and the Alderney Gambling Control Commission.
