Experience
Petru's interest in the gambling industry grew out of his passion for digital entertainment, online platforms, and player behaviour.
What drew him to iGaming was the blend of strategy, probability, technology, and user experience found in online casinos and slot games.
His studies in Communication and Advertising sharpened his grasp of branding, marketing, and audience engagement.
Before joining Casino Freak, he worked with engineering teams at UiPath on recruitment communication and employer branding, learning to present detailed information clearly.
He also built and promoted his own music band, and today follows crypto casinos, blockchain payments, and cryptocurrency use across the wider iGaming sector.
Education
Petru holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and European Studies from the University of Bucharest and a Master's degree in Communication and Advertising from the National University of Political Studies and Public Administration (SNSPA).
He also participated in the Erasmus+ Program, gaining international academic experience that widened his understanding of different markets, audiences, and cultural approaches. This perspective continues to inform the way he writes for a global iGaming audience.
