I have win 180 USD in this casino, then submit or passed the KYC, i have received an email that my KYC is OK ( We are pleased to inform you that your account has been verified and you may request payouts at your convenience.) Then i have requested my winning but after 3 days they have closed my account and refused to pay me so it's clear that this casino is a big scam and that they have taked my winning without any right .

I write this review knowing I am quite probably going to edit the ranking, as I was able to win over $1000 on the no-deposit bonus, which I got here. Obviously I knew I couldn't cash out a no-deposit bonus for that much, but I was pleasantly surprised when the young lady told me I could cash $180. First impressions are usually a little weighted when you win, but with one small exception, they are in the upper tier of online casinos. Wide selection of fun games, the site is amongst the easier ones to navigate, with bonuses and promos that will attract newbies up to the hardcore players, and their support team is aces. Always friendly, easy going but they know their stuff. My only complaint, and it's a pretty important one, is it's been 3 weeks and I have not been paid. The documentation's been sent twice over 2 weeks ago and all anyone can tell me is the review process takes three to five business days. The last time I heard from the review team was 10 days ago when I resubmitted everything to them. Last email I received on that day The person writing it only said that they noticed that the first name I registered with was different than the first name of my driver's license. The driver's license reads Matthew, I typically go by Matt, and both of them can and have been used legally since birth and that hasn't been an issue at any point during my 57 years as a consumer of oxygen. I will admit part of me is impressed if that is what they are looking into, as there's nothing wrong with them being diligent before passing out money. If the first name is indeed in the holdup, then after 3 weeks they just need to make a decision. Obviously I am hoping they make the common sense decision, and for reasons other than just winning a little bit of money, as I mentioned before I like everything about the place, and hope to be able to elevate my review from a silver to a gold. I will keep you posted.

I used to love this casino because they seemed so generous with freebies. Once, I actually tried to cash out, but they were unresponsive. I may as well have played in practice mode. I've never recieved a dime from them. They have never responded to my emails. I would never have been the wiser, had they just kept giving me free spins here and there, but they kept sending coupons then telling me I had to have made a deposit, or have to make a new one to get the free stuff they keep sending me. I hope they know I have won just as much by playing in the practice mode, and they lost my weekly input.

I used to LOVE playing on this site I used to win all the time that was until December.... now I only get match deposit coupons once a week cause I was took off of the vip status which doesn’t make much sense if I’m a loyal player that spends ALOT of money on the site! I was told by Grande Vegas customer service that they only give the promo coupons “vip” to players who need some help to win well that definitely should be me since I haven’t had a payout in over SIX MONTHS!! then they said the more you deposit I would be back on the VIP to start getting my bonuses back but that’s a lie also since I deposit CONSTANTLY!! only reason I still play with them is cause I know they are a honest site when it comes to payout...but it’s like a waste of time and money if I’m not able to get the bonuses:( I feel like I’m being punished for being a loyal customer!! It really upsets me and they refuse to fix this issue!! The bonus I receive now is the 25% bonus match with free spins ONCE A WEEK!! I don’t play the no deposits bonuses cause it’s a waste of time to me considering the small payouts.... if anyone has any suggestions on what I can do to get my bonus coupons back I’d greatly appreciate any advice

One of the worst online casinos is a very slow casino that does not care about its customers. Slow service This casino closed my account and confiscated the $ 300 I won when I sent it the documents to authenticate the account

I took the time to register my account and after finishing they then told me I could not log in. Spoke with customer service and apparently because of my country or State I am not allowed to log in. Shouldn't someone let you know that before you waste time filling in information, when clearly it is pointless.

Scam casino, once you win something they take away your VIP status then have the audacity to say I have to deposit more to get VIP status again and to claim any NDB. Don't waste your time here

This is great for beginners. Bonuses and comps etc. are nice. However, when you win more than you lose you can expect to be placed in a different category. Unlike brick and mortar casinos who reward you for loyalty you lose privileges if the casino feels you will win more than you will lose. It happened to me more than 2 years ago and hasn't changed. Otherwise, I do recommend them for payouts, customer service, etc.

I received my ndb with no issues and within 4-6 spins I was up to $500 I dropped down to $460ish and hit a small jackpot of $800 when my playthrough was over they left me with a tad more than the expected $100 and with identity verification paperwork exchanged I am able to withdraw if I choose to.
