JacksPay Casino Review

I am very disappointed with Jackspay casino. I was a regularly depositing customer for months until I requested a withdrawal. I sent in my verification documents and waited... and waited... and waited some more. I then contacted support asking if they needed any more information. They said my documents had been processed and my withdrawal would be soon. The next day I tried to log on and they have locked my account. I contacted support again, who basically outright accused me of bonus abuse (although I have made several deposits with no bonus attached at all). I didn't get angry with the support agent, I simply told him that was ridiculous and to look at my account again because he must be mistaken. He told me then that "I seem like a nice lady who genuinely loves to play," and that if what I said was accurate my account "would be unlocked and my withdrawal processed within a couple days." Well, I didn't lie to the agent but he certainly lied to me. That was over a week ago and I'm still waiting. They're scam artists. They will steal your money and run. I still haven't even received an email from support since requesting my withdrawal. NOT A SINGLE ONE. I was able to contact support, but they apparently just lie to you so you'll go away. I really liked this casino and it was quickly becoming a favorite of mine, but I was duped. Don't waste your time and money. There are other casinos to try that have a similar selection of games.

JACKSPA Y CASINO is an unlicensed cash grab racket that doesn't deserve to be called a casino! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS! They deleted my account and canceled$100 withdrawal of bonus winnings for barely meeting waiting requirements when I met 150% and they were the ones who set the damn requirement! But was unforgivable is a movie they refund me the $1400 in my account that were purely my winnings won off no bonus just by my one 25 deposit when closing my account but.of course they ended up stealing it instead and support went ghost smh

I have been playing slots at JacksPay for 6 months. I’ve made 120 deposits totaling $14,727. Over $6,000 were straight cash deposits(no bonus claimed). I have made $7,000 in withdrawals. Jacks does Pay but if you win too much they will remove the bonus and make you do cash deposits. Eventually, find a reason to ban you and void all winnings. My account was suspended today w/ $3,500 Pending Withdrawal. Reson was," barely meeting wagering requirements."

There was a problem with the withdrawal of funds due to the fact that the Casino does not accept players from my country even though I registered and played without any restrictions! The casino locked my account but they understood the situation and made a decision to pay out the funds I won! Thanks :)

Good bonus policy, many games are presented on the site, but I don't like design of the site.

STRICTLY AVOID THIS CASINO. I PLAYED THE BONUS CODE AND I MET ALL THE CONDITIONS. THEN I MADE A DEPOSIT AND A REQUEST FOR WITHDRAWAL. THE NEXT DAY "YOUR ACCOUNT IS LOCKED" CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS DEAD. I did not receive any email notification. Everything here is crystal clear.

Should be less black votes for this casino. They are fine and better than most

I enjoyed playing here in the beginning. But once I had a withdraw all my promos were gone and have been since. And I made another deposit they are still gone and it's been a while now. There are other casinos like this that don't take them away. But let me tell u... They paid me instantly! That was such a welcomed change. No wait, no asking about your money. like I said, I enjoyed it just want promos back without having to deposit a million times first.

Jackspay is a fine online casino. Support has been fairly friendly, The games are really fun, and the intro bonuses are great. I have 2 withdrawals from their starting bonuses, and have received 1 for $100 after a couple days pending, so I can officially say Jackspay does pay. I still have a $300 withdrawal in processing, so if something changes I will say so but so far been very happy. Only thing I would like to see is perhaps some more reload bonuses. Cheers all
