Have been waiting over a month for the $400 I won on a straight cash deposit. They tell me they have no idea when I will be paid. I get the same scripted response when I finally reach someone or get a return email. I am very unhappy with this casino! I used the 400% bonus on $45 and the playthrough was a WHOOPING 11k I'm good but not that good played at least 2 dozen different games and barely made a dent in that. These guys paid quickly! No problem! After that, however, I was barely able to keep a balance, and of course, no bonuses until I pay off what I won....so it's a one time thing, but I gotta give credit for actually paying.

They actually did pay out- about a third of what iinitially expected- but after going back to them numerous times, and making deposits, they still say no bonuses. I only withdrew 400 bucks, but until they have that back, I get no love. they were about 3-4 weeks in paying, and took more than half of what I had won.; T&C of course.
