Scam gambling site. Known this bcoz it gives bonuses upon registering then turn the bonuses into winning. Wanted to withdraw but need to verify acc which is fine since it's the same for every site but suprised it took like forever to verify with so back docs being send, excuses such as the verification team not available rn only available for certain time bla bla, new excuses of rejection like surname not the same when all the proof of docs/identity presented to them, the long no update and now my acc being locked for no reason.. All of this probably bcoz they surprised that their small free bonus that was claimed upon registration turn into huge winning so meaning they protecting their own cash thus can't withdraw and now with locked acc. Advice to new player wanted to try that scam site, verify your acc first then probably the verification procedure will took like 1 day only but the downside of doing this later on, is you won't be winning anything from the bonuses. Either way, you will end up the same way. Luckily in my case I've screenshot alot from day 1 of many email and help desk conversations bs that will be send to Australia relevent authorities. My advice stay out of this scam unless you want to waste your time there cause it's truly waste of time in the end.

This is the worst casino I've ever played in! They deceive their customers, do not pay out winnings, and demand a bunch of documents for verification. I'm a student, took a break from studies and wanted to play, but all my bonuses were inactive. I regret spending my money and time here. I will never come back again.

This casino should be blacklisted 100%. They are scammers and make stuff up as they choose it even says it in the rules. It took forever to get verified and once I did I waited 3 days after I tried to withdraw and they took all my winnings it was $ 9000. Gone and they say it's because I made over 10$ bets. It said nowhere that I couldn't do that. It is so hard to talk to anyone the operators are rude. It's a bad casino. - 10 stars. DONT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY!!!!! THEY WILL STEAL YOURS !

As far as I am concerned, disregard whatever you've read here concerning the bonus. It doesn't make any sense to give enormous incentives if the rules make it almost impossible to actually use them. I don't need a 4000 percent bonus to play at a casino; all I need is a little playable bonus and I'll stick around if the games are good enough!!

I think the site has a lot to improve. Im not saying that it's bad, but it can certainly make a lot of improvements when the time comes that it would need an upgrade. I would still recommend it but don't get your hopes too high when playing here.

Inconsistent and unwilling to do the right thing. I requested a payout and I didn't worry about redeeming coupons because I wasn't aware I was in violation of any policies since I had previously received a payout after using 2 coupons while that payout was pending. I understand the need for a no coupon policy while awaiting a withdrawal because you wouldn't want someone to win more money when they are unable to make a deposit and you are in business to bring in revenue, however, when a deposit is made using a coupon which results in a substantial payout is by definition business as usual. The coupon used after the payout request resulted in no winnings. Explain to me why the inconsistency in honoring a payout even after coupons were redeemed and then not honoring a payout after coupons were redeemed so I can understand your practices better. I was told to familiarize myself with the Terms & Conditions to avoid any future mishap. I believe it is Ozwin that needs to familiarize themselves with their Terms & Conditions not me..

So surprised at some of the negative reviews! Ozwin is one of my go-to casinos (I only play at 4 and trust them). I have made the most withdrawals and won the most at this casino and their VIP hosts are amazing. Ozwin bonuses are also awesome because they are all no max cash out. Can’t fault them- only thing that would be even more awesome is if payouts to crypto were instant but even so they are fast! This is one of the rogue casinos. I deposited a lot in this casino and did not achieve any victory in two days. I won a free bonus and won 180 Australian dollars. And I asked for a withdrawal. He said the account must be verified and when sending the documents after three, he sent me a message that your account was closed. I have copies of the e-mail that the casino sent as evidence that it was fraud

After my chat with the live chat there was a survey and after the survey it says Have fun playing at Crocco Casino. #fail
