Stay away from this casino, They stole almost 7000USD from me without any explination. They simply blocked my account and refused to pay out my winnings. I have done my research about primaplay online and found out that i am not the only one who got scammed. There are many others with similar experience. Save your money and deposit to another honest casino instead.

I definitely would not recommend. I have been playing for a few months. Because the playthroughs are so high with the bonus, decided to play without. I won $250 and tired to redeem. Received message that it would be sent to my address. A few days later, was back in my account, needed further verification. Sent requested documents, said they would be in touch if they needed anything else. Nothing. Ender uo playing it back, but later won 300 and tried to redeem. Was back in my account 3:days later, enquired what the problem was, they said that since it wasn't first withdrawal, that they had to send It to my bank and needs swift code. I bank with a credit union, they don't have swift codes and lo and behold Prima won't send through the intermidiarry which is the usual way it's done. They didn't have a problem taking my money but sure have a problem giving it back. Was advised in chat that they can send to cash app via Bitcoin when situation's such as this arise, that I should email support and request, was flat out refused. I finally tried to cash out $900.00 cuz I had $935.00 and I did all the identification bs they ask for and they told me my withdrawal request had been denied. This place is a scam and nothing but. Won the feature on a game and it was paying a lot. Suddenly got a message saying maximum allowed winnings reached and remaining free spins would be forfeited. So they just cancelled free spins. When my balance was over $1.000 they just took it away and put my balance back to $100. They stole all my winnings and refused to give it back, even for me to just use it to play. Bunch of thieves. I am sending you all the HUGE warning to please please please take your money elsewhere!!! I’m not just saying this because I’m mad at this casino because of some dumb bonus rule I am telling you they are corrupt and will legitimately make up a reason to not pay you. Here’s my story….I played at this casino after vetting at least 100 online casinos and I thought I had finally found my place. The first time I requested a withdrawal went smoothly….I enjoyed their bonuses….I would fund at least 2-3 times per week and enjoy my time playing there without any worries. After taking longer than usual to pay me I received a denial indicating that I broke one of the bonus rules. You see I never bet more than $1-$2 per spin and they were trying to tell me I broke this rule by spending $20 on one spin while playing Doragon Gems. I laughed at this and said please reconsider I know this must be a mistake…go ahead and look through my play history you will see that I never bet more than maybe $2.00 per spin. I am too much of a cheapskate to ever even consider blowing $20 on one single spin but they were insistent that I did and flat out refused to pay me. So of course I tried going through my history but for some strange reason I couldn’t pull up any info on this game Doragon Gems. None at all….there simply wasn’t any history recorded under my account. I know I played the game I wasn’t disputing that so I asked them to please provide my complete play history and proof of this $20 spin. After a week of waiting and several of my messages being ignored they finally sent me this proof which was a screenshot of a what looked like an excel spreadsheet with this one single $20 bet. I sent additional emails and left messages saying this proof was unacceptable as anyone can type crap into a spreadsheet I would like the actual game history that we usually have access to within the system and nothing….complete silence. They will accuse you of betting over the allowable amount and refuse your payout whether it happened or not. This other review site even went as far as reaching out to them as they could see my concern and agreed with me that this didn’t sound right. They flat out never replied to them either. How blatantly corrupt can you be??? So please I beg you all to steer clear of this casino site and spend your hard earned money elsewhere because it’s just a matter of time before they screw you too.
