The agent said yes, but in order to use that method I must first make a deposit using bitcoin. I then said ok well I guess I can do that while I wait on the verification. The agent then stated yes that's a good idea, good luck! So I do that and wait more. I then contact them again asking about my verification the agent tells me it could be up to 5 days. They then say but I see you made a deposit, therefore that cancels out your winnings from the bonus, but the bitcoin deposit is yours to keep. My withdrawal amount was up to $802.07 that includes my $22 bitcoin deposit! The agent sends me a copy of their terms and conditions and ends the conversation. How is this ok? Their own employee set me up to fail. I want my money.
