Ok so took about 10 tries to get my email verified after that I played the bonus I completed the playthrough it wasn't to hard to do took about 20 mins ok but here's the deal when I had like $12 left to play with I changed games got down to $2 my last spin i had hit a free spins ok and during the free spins my balance went to up to 25 but I hit a big win it didn't show me the feature and the spins kept going through 3 more spins when I had no more free spins I spined twice look at my balance and it gave me the big win I had got but with no feature which was cool especially after the spin feature was over ok now it had glitched out right as I got the big win so I didn't complain as I received it now I played down to 13 something and hit another big win and I think that was when i completed my playthrough after they took my balance I was .64 under the withdrawal limit and was never able to get it back up to be able to try the withdrawal I don't completely know if it was my fault or theirs but it should have stopped and gave me a pop up letting me know that I completed my playthrough stoping the feature spin and allowed me to backed out of the game so I could have made the withdrawal then continued from their but not all casinos have that so due to the glitches I experienced and couldn't withdraw due to balance being under the amount even though I had over after they took the remainder put me under buy the exact amount of my bet by that 1 spin I had made lol I don't know for sure if it was my fault but the pop up for the playthrough should not have disappeared almost instantly it happened so fast I didn't realize that it was the playthrough pop up in that split second I could have made a 1 spin but I don't know well that's my experience a little glitchy and wasn't able to reach the withdraw limit due to balance being under by 1 spin or they took that lil bit I don't know it happened so fast

They do not pay out within 1 day as they say on their site. Its been 2 days and nothing and no one helps you. I've lost a ton of money, made a lot of deposits, but when you win and cashout they ignore it.

I found that TAGZ is a scam. Also invested on their platform ,after they kept asking me for more money I got suspicious and did not invest more. They did not give me my investment (50,000 €) nor profits back. Luckily chargebacksecured helped me get my money back the right way.

When you think about the flaws for Red Cherry casino, i think the lack of options in deposits and withdrawals are a major drawback at this point. I think it is very important that we keep a keen eye on how they process this because i do really not trust it to do well on that note since they have very few options when it comes to transactions. Another flaw for me is that they have very high odds in their games which makes it hard to win for some punters who are not used to playing in an online casino. I'm having a real issue with verification at red cherry casino, I sent all the required documents that were requested and recieved an email today stating " sorry to inform you but you failed verification " then my account was locked and can't get any response to why this has happened! I've never had any issues getting verified with any other casino and always use the same credentials and documents at all the other casinos I'm currently verified at which is probably a dozen or more. The casino owes me 1200.00 in winnings I won fairly didn't break any rules or anything of that matter. I've tried to contact support and even emailed support they will not respond to me at all. Everything was going well with verification it seems until it was time to approve me and that's when I get the email stating I failed without any explanation and they locked my account also. This is wrong and not right to me or any player who has experienced this! Again I've always played by the casinos rules no matter where I'm playing online and never been denied verification nor winnings in the years I've been playing. I will also add that the same company that owns red cherry casino is also partnered with kudos casino they just did the same thing to me today as well " said your verification failed" and they closed my account also, they owe me 500.00 in winnings as well. I kindly ask if anyone could help me find out why this is or help me get to the bottom of this with these 2 casinos so I can get my winnings i would greatly appreciate it!
