Their rule 48 clearly states, "A promotion is considered completed when a player meets the wagering requirements and a cashout is made or when the balance is exactly zero." I had received a cashout. I contacted them a couple of times and either heard nothing or heard them double down on their position. I told them I am not going to continue playing until my balance is restored. Moreso, I told them I will go to a third party if needed. Slots Capital voiding my balance back down to $497 doesn't even make sense on an intuitive level. They'd just be encouraging people to always withdraw their winnings in full straight away which would just lead to increased bonus cycling. Why this casino would pay big wins only to cheat me for $285 makes no sense. Update: Slots Capital has reinstated my balance in full and has even added some extra compensation for the inconvenience. They are back in my good graces and I will resume playing.
