I won $100 on free spends.They sent me an email congratulating me.But then never paid me saying that I didn't have enough to post that in between , even though it was free spends with maximum pay of $100 they can't even pay out a lousy $100.

Slots garden will not payout. I made a deposit won some money. I was told I could with draw my deposit with my winnings. My winnings got approved. My deposit was removed from my account like it was never there. I submitted my withdrawal request on October 11th. Today is November 5th. Still nothing. Can not get through email and live chat keeps saying the same thing. That it is going to take more time. Today was the deadline that they set for me to get my partial payment. I haven't received anything but runaround from this casino. And on top of that they have stolen my deposit. I can not recommend this site to anyone. Nothing but a bad experience. But if you want to be lied to and have money stolen from you. This seems to be the place to go

Slots garden is a rip off I won on a free spins bonus over a $1000 , then I looked at the transactions and it says it was approved by the manager, but I haven't received any money but $10, come to find out the denied it because I had multiple free chips or spins that I redeemed, so they took all the money and didn't pay me anything and refunded my deposit, what a ripp off if I was you I would not gamble with this slot garden casino , they are a sham!!!!! Very very doggie. Stay away. They do not pay out the winnings. Every day it's a different excuse why the cannot pay out. Bank details sent through 5 times already. I have numerous confermantions of planned payouts but never recieved the payout. This is a unethical casino. I would not recommend to anyone.

They keep denying my withdraw and won't say why. This happen to anyone else ?

I have been waiting since December 2017 for a withdraw from this casino. I have sent the required documents several times and still nothing.. they wont answer my emails or phone calls. bad business practices
