I won 8K at first and requested $3000CAD, its been 4 days & still no indication of being paid, I ended up canceling them and requesting a withdrawal for $100 even that one hasn't budged. Talked with KYC and support and KYC emailed to say I was fully verified and could withdraw with no extra verification procedures after 24hrs which is now past 72hrs going on 4days and they keep telling me they are waiting to hear a response from the game provider which could take up to 3-14 business days but due to my experience with other other casinos, I have never encountered this process when withdrawing EVER regardless of the amount won! And so while I been waiting I figured I would play some more and I ended up winning $15+K on Bonanza Billion so my balance is now sitting at $18K and I am STILL waiting for the first $100 I had requested to withdraw 4 days ago even after they said I was verified etc they keep stalling and giving me different excuses that don't add up. I'm getting the feeling I won't be paid out or they will come at me with some BS just to not pay me, but I've read the terms, I know my play was fair & square, but just the fact that they are delaying even just a measly $100 withdrawal has me questioning if they are a legitimate, honest company. 14 days for a Game check is a bit extreme, it should take no longer than 24-48hrs also the fact that no other casino has ever done this!

After initiating 2 withdrawals for $1500 and $300 I waited for almost 3 days. No problem, my first withdrawal, i realize it may take longer. I logged on to my account today and found that my withdrawals have been cancelled. I contacted chat and they said that I must have cancelled it and to reinitiate the withdrawal and continue waiting. Well needless to say I never cancelled the transactions. They are obviously dishonest and Im worried that I will not receive my rightful winnings.
