After submitting all the documents that they wanted for account verification so that I could withdraw money that I had won after making cash deposit they send me an email 5 days later that tells me my surname doesn't match my account and they would like an email from me explaining myself. Well my first and last name are the same as what's on my account because that's my only name and I sent an email and then asked for them to close my account after that because it shouldn't be that hard to get verified and I don't know who they have working there but to accuse me of lying about who I am is offensive. I do not recommend them at all

This is an update to my prior review. I did receive my payout today. It took a little long as it was the 1st time, but they did do a great job communicating updates. I am very happy with this Casino.

Great looking Casino, with nice game selection. I actually met the wager requirement for the NDB, however, it is now 8 business days and counting for the Identity Verification. (States 3-5 days) Support has told me they are back logged so we'll see. If it pans out, I would definitely pay to play on this Casino.

That’s a big NO NO. On my first experience with ripper casino I’ve managed to win $2.5k however they were rejecting my documents for more than a week. At the end of the day I’ve lost my funds and all of a sudden the documents that were no good was now okay and accepted. Now that my account is verified I made a few deposits and played, haven’t won anything but yet… then I won $100 tournament prize wager free and decided to request a withdrawal for the same amount as they said I can play with the funds but can’t withdrawal more than 100. Few days after I requested my withdrawal they told me that I have used bonuses while my withdrawal was still pending therefore this was a breach of their terms and condition also they told me that players from my country (Bulgaria) are not eligible for bonuses, however I have deposited multiple times and they have given me the bonuses instead of rejecting the deposit. So the outcome is this my winnings from the tournament was voided, they have no problems to take your money even if it’s against the T&C however when it comes to payouts they are the biggest scammers in the world. Do not play in this casino

Hi I was closed my account permanently weeks ago because of addiction and games fairness. But I received the another promotional mail from the casino to reopen my account and they reopened without cooling off period. I lost another 800$ because of casino actions. They are not refunding my deposits because of breaching responsibility gaming rules. This casino doesn’t have a license don’t play here. If you win bigger you might not get the money. Be aware.

Ripper Casino has some generous bonuses from cashbacks to weekly bonuses but it has some underwhelming selection of games. I wish they’d have better games but the ones they have can be good enough if paired with the right bonuses.

After signing up and received a welcome e-mail I was booted and couldn’t log in.. Then I finally found a chat agent who said I don’t qualify to play there? Don’t know exactly why.. Being from Canada is my guess.. at that point I could converse anymore
